Your mission

As an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (f/m/d), you will play a central role within our organization and act as a trusted partner for managers and employees in all HR-related matters. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, further develop our HR structures, and ensure that both operational and strategic HR topics are implemented efficiently and professionally.

In this role, you will work closely with management, internal stakeholders, and external partners while actively contributing to the continuous development of our company culture and HR processes.

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Providing holistic support and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related topics
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle: From onboarding to offboarding
  • Driving, optimizing, and further developing HR processes and HR tools
  • Preparing monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider
  • Managing the full-cycle recruiting process: From workforce planning and coordination of external partners to conducting final interviews
  • Taking ownership of labor law-related topics and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Preparing, maintaining, and managing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
  • Supporting workforce planning and personnel planning activities
  • Contributing to cross-functional company projects and the further development of HR structures and standards
  • Maintaining employee master data and preparing HR reports, analyses, and KPIs
  • Handling general HR administrative tasks
  • Participating in ASA meetings as the HR representative

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally within medium-sized or dynamic business environments
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and operational HR processes
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently drive topics forward
  • Excellent communication skills, trustworthiness, and a confident presence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is considered a plus
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
