Your mission
With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a
full-time (Field) Service Engineer [m/f/d]. You will become a member of the Field Service team, servicing our Molecular Cartography™ platforms at Resolve’s Labs as well as customer sites.
This is a role
based out the company’s headquarters of Monheim, Germany office but will need to effectively work globally. This role reports to the Head of Operations.
Your Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on our Molecular Cartography™ platforms.
- Installation and relocations of our Molecular Cartography ™ platforms.
- Document activities, create service reports as required.
- Coordinate service activities with site personnel, as needed.
- Provide technical remote and phone support to customers.
- Train others to perform servicing activities on our Molecular Cartography ™ platforms.
- Generate service instruction documentation.
- Propose design changes to improve reliability, serviceability, and the customer experience.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
