Du liebst die Arbeit im Labor, bist sorgfältig, technikaffin und hast Lust, an hochwertigen Produkten mit echtem Impact mitzuwirken? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
In unserer Produktionsabteilung stellst du Reagenzien her, führst analytische Messungen durch und begleitest unsere Produkte vom ersten Herstellungsschritt bis zur finalen Assemblierung im Kit. Dabei arbeitest du nicht nur nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards, sondern bringst dich auch aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Technologien ein.

Was du bei uns machst:

Du stellst Reagenzien her – z. B. Puffer, DNA-Lösungen und weitere Materialien – gemäß unseren SOPs und Herstellspezifikationen.
Du führst analytische Messungen durch, sowohl als In-Prozess-Kontrollen als auch im Rahmen der finalen Qualitätskontrolle.
Du füllst unsere Produkte ab, etikettierst und verpackst sie und stellst daraus fertige Kits zusammen.
Du dokumentierst die Produktionsschritte sorgfältig und behältst den Überblick über Bestände.
Du unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Technologien in die Produktion.
Du kümmerst dich um allgemeine Labortätigkeiten wie die Pflege und Kalibrierung unserer Geräte.
Du bringst Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Laborprozesse ein.

Dein Profil

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossen Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/CTA (oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung), erste Berufserfahrungen in der Industrie sind wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Laborautomation, z.B. Pipettierrobotern sind von Vorteil
Du bist vertraut mit instrumenteller Analytik wie z.B. pH-Wert- und Leitfähigkeitsmessung, UV-Vis Spektroskopie zur Konzentrationsbestimmung von DNA
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office (Excel) setzen wir voraus

Your mission

At Resolve Biosciences, we are working to better understand complex biological processes - with the aim of enabling new therapeutic approaches. To do this, we need people who think boldly, take responsibility and enjoy learning

We are looking to hire a passionate Laboratory Technician Scientist (f/m/d) into our Production Team.

As part of our production team, you’ll be involved in the entire process – from preparing reagents and performing in-process controls to assembling final kits. You’ll work according to the highest quality standards and have the opportunity to help shape and improve our processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Production of reagents, e.g., production of buffers, preparation of DNA solutions and other materials according to SOPs and manufacturing specifications.
Perform analytical measurements as in-process controls, potentially as well as final product quality control
Filling, labelling, and packing of the various products
Documentation of the production and inventory record keeping
Contribute to the implementation of new products and production technologies
General lab maintenance, e.g. maintain and calibrate the laboratory equipment
Further improve the laboratory processes.

Your profile

Degree or certification as BTA, CTA, Biologielaborant, or equivalent qualification
Hands-on experience with molecular biology and biochemical techniques, including work with nucleic acids and proteins
Ideally experienced in histological staining methods such as smFISH and IHC/Immunofluorescence
Industry experience is a strong advantage
Proficient in English; German is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to embrace new technologies and workflows
A hands-on mindset with a "can-do" attitude and readiness to tackle challenges
Passion for working in agile, multicultural teams within a dynamic start-up environment
