Your mission
With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a
full-time Technical Assistant (m/w/d) to support our Assay Development Team as part of the Research and Development organization in Monheim am Rhein.
Responsibilities:- Plan, perform, and document experiments focused on reagent development and optimization for molecular biology applications
- Evaluate experimental results and perform basic analyses of diverse imaging datasets
- Prepare samples, including histological sectioning using cryotomes and microtomes
- Develop and implement quality control measures, conduct in-process controls, and support verification and validation studies
- Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper function of laboratory equipment
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions
