Your mission
The Field Service Engineer provides on-site and remote service and support to internal and external customers. She/he provides feedback and service knowledge to other departments to drive improvements and share information on our Molecular Cartography 1.0 Workflows and system service. The Field Service Engineer performs Service activities at clinical and scientific research sites according to approved written instructions, and documents the activities performed.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on our Molecular Cartography 1.0 workflows
- Install and remove our Molecular Cartography 1.0 workflows
- Document activities, as required
- Coordinate service activities with site personnel, as needed
- Provide technical phone support to customers
- Train others to perform servicing activities on our Molecular Cartography 1.0 workflows
- Generate service instruction documentation
- Propose design changes to improve reliability, serviceability, and the customer experience
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support manufacturing, as needed
