Your mission
With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a full-time Laboratory Technician [m/f/d] to support our System Integration team as part of the Research and Development organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Planning, execution, and documentation of experiments on our molecular cartography platform and on other test systems
  • Analysis of molecular biology, protein and imaging data downstream of the experiments.
  • Sample preparation including histological sectioning (cryotome and microtome).
  • Establish Quality Control measures, perform in-process controls as well as Verification and Validation Studies.
  • Maintain and calibrate the laboratory equipment.
  • Participation and active contribution to group meetings.
Your profile
Your profile:

  • A completed degree as BTA, CTA, Biologielaborant or equivalent qualification. First industry experience is preferred.
  • Hands on experience with molecular biology and biochemical techniques, proficiency to work with nucleic acids (especially RNA) and proteins.
  • Experience with in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, single-cell sequencing or spatial biology techniques is beneficial.
  • Experience with fluorescence microscopy and image analysis is beneficial.
  • Experience with cryotome and/or microtome sectioning is a plus.
  • Good German and English language skills are required
