Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

Your mission

With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a full-time Laboratory Technician [m/f/d] to support our System Integration team as part of the Research and Development organization.

Responsibilities:

Planning, execution, and documentation of experiments on our molecular cartography platform and on other test systems
Analysis of molecular biology, protein and imaging data downstream of the experiments.
Sample preparation including histological sectioning (cryotome and microtome).
Establish Quality Control measures, perform in-process controls as well as Verification and Validation Studies.
Maintain and calibrate the laboratory equipment.
Participation and active contribution to group meetings.

Your profile

Your profile:

A completed degree as BTA, CTA, Biologielaborant or equivalent qualification. First industry experience is preferred.
Hands on experience with molecular biology and biochemical techniques, proficiency to work with nucleic acids (especially RNA) and proteins.
Experience with in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, single-cell sequencing or spatial biology techniques is beneficial.
Experience with fluorescence microscopy and image analysis is beneficial.
Experience with cryotome and/or microtome sectioning is a plus.
Good German and English language skills are required
