• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or other related disciplines; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of project management experience in R&D new product development (NPD) in the life sciences research industry.
• Familiarity with biomedical engineering, bioimaging, genomics, or (bio-)medical devices.
• Professional certification in project management such as CAPM, or PMP is highly desirable. Knowledge or certification in Lean, Scrum, or Disciplined Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in document control systems and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team-based environments.
• Passionate about innovation and enjoy the pace and adaptability of a start-up environment.
